Chris (10/09/89) was raised in Ebbw Vale, Blaenau Gwent and competes for Cardiff AAC.

In 2008, he made a major breakthrough breaking his personal bests on at least 6 occasions. Chris went on to represent Wales for the first time in 2011. He followed this up in 2012 with his fastest season in athletics to date. In the same year, Chris graduated from Glamorgan University with a degree in Law. Since then Chris has been balancing full time work with athletics and numerous injuries. He is hoping that this season he has overcome these and is looking to rewrite his personal bests in 2015.

He has won several Welsh medals over the years in distances from 800m to 3k. Mostly recently, he won the Civil Service championships in 2014.
