Kieran was born in Devon on October the 8th 1997 and grew up in the county of Kent. At the age of 17 he made the decision to concentrate solely on the sport of athletics which put an end to his days of balancing running with football. The middle-distance runner competes for Tonbridge AC and has competed for his county Kent multiple of times over the years in a range of different events. In 2017, Kieran made the move to Cardiff Metropolitan University to further his education but also to focus on running by joining Team Thie. Kieran has impressed since his time in Cardiff by running 1:20.05i for 600m, 49.64 for 400m and 1:53.67 for 800m which he ran at England Athletics U20 / U23 Championships in 2019. Kieran’s most recent success came in January 2020, where he won the 400m at Welsh Indoor Championship at the National Indoor Athletics Centre in Cardiff.
