Rob was born on April 21st 2000, growing up just outside the city of Bath. He began his athletics journey at the age of 8 as a member of Team Bath Athletics Club and has been a member ever since, training alongside his twin brother John. Rob had junior age group success, achieving national medals in both the cross-country and road-relay championships. Since then, Rob has qualified for several national track finals in a multitude events including 800m, 1500m and steeplechase. In September 2018, he continued his academic and athletic journey at Cardiff Metropolitan University studying Business and Management with Finance.
